Powered by Intel® Core™ Series 3 processors (Core 7 / Core 5 / Core 3), the VBOX-3631 delivers high-performance computing with up to 4.8 GHz turbo frequency for demanding edge workloads. For routine tasks, the adaptive system automatically switches to low-power mode, ensuring extreme energy efficiency. Additionally, the integrated NPU provides up to 17 TOPS for efficient AI inference, enabling real-time analytics and intelligent automation directly at the data source through this advanced edge AI computer.

The VBOX-3631 supports extended operating temperatures from-40°C to 70°C and features a fanless thermal design that minimizes maintenance requirements in harsh mobile environments. Its wide voltage input (DC 9-60V) also ensures seamless integration across diverse automotive and industrial power systems, including 12V, 24V, and 48V. Last but not least, the system’s hardware is designed to comply with E-Mark and EN 50155 standards, helping accelerate deployment in automotive and railway sectors.

Expansion options include three M.2 slots and one Mini PCIe slot for wireless connections, dual M.2 NVMe SSDs for high-speed video capture, processing, and secure backup. The system also includes a front-access battery tray for easy CMOS battery replacement, along with a one-cover design that simplifies module installation and troubleshooting.
