SINTRONES Joins Hands with Strategic Partner AUO to Demonstrate Newest EVSE HMI Solution at CES 2024
SINTRONES Technology Corp. (TWSE 6680), a global leader in intelligent transportation solutions, will be held at CES 2024, the largest international consumer event in the United States, in Las Vegas from January 9 to January 12, 2024. At the show, AUO (TWSE 2409), its important strategic partner and significant display technology solution manufacturer, jointly showcased its revolutionary progress in the field of intelligent charging pile hardware, including the latest EVSE (electric vehicle supply equipment) and HMI (Human-machine interface) solutions.
This time, the “EVSE HMI Solution” jointly exhibited by the two companies uses SINTRONES’ latest “IBOX-600 series intelligent fanless ultra-small computer” as the AI computing core of the innovative charging pile. The powerful NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX / Orin™ Nano platform, the artificial intelligence module designed for performing multiple tasks simultaneously with a performance of up to 100 TOPS (tera operations per second). The inference process supports a 2.5GbE high-speed network, unimpeded connection to network peripheral devices or sensors, and can provide safety detection warnings during electric vehicle charging. It is equipped with CAN FD for vehicle connection, and it can simultaneously realize various integrated applications such as OBU (Onboard units) and RSU (Roadside units) in V2X applications and AIoT smart manufacturing. IBOX-600 supports a wide range of power input, 9 ~ 60VDC with smart power management functions, enabling stable and uninterrupted operation in the temperature range of -25°C ~ 70°C.
The most important value of this cooperative solution for customers is that the two companies’ products can be jointly verified and trial-matched. Customers can more easily judge whether these products meet their needs, reducing their time searching and fitting. Compatibility issues and time-consuming may be encountered when testing individual products.
