For railway video surveillance systems, the RBOX-1001-M12X supports the installation of two SSDs, allowing one drive to host the operating system while the other is dedicated to high-capacity video recording, ensuring stable performance and reliable data storage in rolling stock environments.

For edge AI and real-time analytics, one of the M.2 2280 slots can accommodate a Hailo AI accelerator delivering up to 26 TOPS of AI performance. Combined with the Intel Atom® x7000RE industrial-grade processor, the system enables localized, real-time AI inference for intelligent railway monitoring and data-driven decision-making at the edge.

Optimized for 1U Rackmount Integration

To simplify deployment within existing railway infrastructure, the RBOX-1001-M12X rugged edge AI computer supports optional 1U rackmount installation and features a compact chassis height of under 44 mm. This purpose-built design allows the system to seamlessly integrate into standard 19-inch server racks, making it ideal for space-constrained control cabinets and onboard railway equipment racks.
